About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer I-II to join our community building team in support of mission critical and site civil projects. These are fast-paced, complex projects in an evolving industry. This position can join our Boise, Bend, Eugene, or Portland office. This position will require occasional travel to project sites and can work a hybrid schedule coming into the office for team and client collaboration and integration.

You Will:

  • You will assist in site design, grading, stormwater management, paving, utility design, and overall project delivery for data center facilities, infrastructure, and land development projects
  • Support preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients throughout the project lifecycle, to incorporate feedback and resolve design challenges.

You Have:

  • BSCE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • EIT and 1+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, including surface modeling, grading, and pipe networks.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $75,000-$100,000 depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
