The College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate recruitment programs. The individual in this position reports to the Director of Recruitment and College Engagement and works in conjunction with the Senior Recruitment Coordinator to drive strategic recruitment efforts, foster inclusive outreach, and facilitate retention, and overall success of all members of our student community - especially those who have traditionally faced barriers to higher education (e.g., First Generation). This role includes administrative responsibilities, data collection, event coordination, mentorship, collaboration, and educator duties that shift based on student need, projects, and programming occurring during the academic calendar. To support recruitment efforts, the person in the position will:
Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to engage prospective students and families, proficiency in developing and delivering presentations, collaboration with other units in the Division of Student Success & Academic Affairs, and the capacity to create and evaluate recruitment metrics. Shift
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with anticipated nights and weekends during the busiest phases of the recruitment cycle. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
