Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
Position Summary Reporting to the Head Football Coach, this position will play a pivotal role in guiding all aspects of the recruiting process, including prospect evaluation, recruiting logistics, roster and scholarship management, and data analytics. The director will work closely with coaching staff, recruiting personnel, compliance, and athletic administration to ensure strategic alignment and regulatory compliance, while also adapting to the evolving collegiate athletics landscape-including the NCAA Transfer Portal and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). Key Responsibilities 1. Roster, Scholarship, and Cap Planning (40%) 2. Talent Evaluation and Scouting Operations (30%) 3. Recruiting Strategy and Calendar Management (25%) 4. Recruiting Infrastructure and Analytics (15%) 5. Compliance, NIL, and Interdepartmental Collaboration (10%) Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights and Weekends as schedule needs. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
