This position is accountable for a large or multi-site care facility(s) in collaboration with the Division physician chief to ensure delivery of excellent patient care through fostering of a caring culture that demonstrates excellent customer service while achieving SMA financial goals. Reporting directly to the Division Chief or Facility Team Lead, this position is responsible for leading operations support for overall business and clinical functions delivered at a large or multi-site care site. This position oversights all aspects of site operations on a day-to-day basis. Primary responsibilities includes: provision of technical support for the nursing and front office teams, oversight of business and clinical compliance, ensure cost effective practices, sound business outcomes and financial business analysis, P&L, and implementation of strategic goals and objectives. This position works closely with the providers and site RNs to optimize patient flow, develop and maintain quality improvement strategies as they relate to customer service and best medical practices. Assure operational, clinical and financial needs and goals of various sites are met. Recruit and retain outstanding staff. Ensure overall competency of staff and maintains facility compliance with federal and state regulations and SMA policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide strategic direction to all facility staff, in collaboration with the Primary Care Division Chief or designated Facility MD leader and managers RN leadership to assure financial, clinical and operational excellence
  • Recruit and retain talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performance and adherence to new programs and policies and procedures
    Ensure adoption of all clinical and business policies and procedures
  • Ensures excellent customer service at designated clinic sites and timely resolution of patient issues
  • Accountable for strict adherence to business practices to insure financial integrity at care sites
  • Direction of all facility planning and maintenance to ensure safe environment for patients and employees
  • Analyze key indicator and dashboard reports to educate clinic staff on access, coding initiatives, P&L for site, clinical compliance and monitoring for achievement of strategic goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of short and long-term strategic goal and programs
  • In collaboration with the Division chief ensure profitability of designated sites based on key business drivers
  • Safety functions in clinics. Ensure completion of adequate orientation and safety training for new and existing employees

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership
  • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching employees
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Lean concepts
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Project Management modalities
  • Proven intermediate skills or better Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven intermediate or solid data analytics skills
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple sites



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
