About the Position:
CWB is seeking a part-time hourly wage employee for the Executive Education Marketing Coordinator position. This position will work primarily with our suite of executive education programs. The maximum authorized hours of work for this position will be up to 29 hours per week. Reporting to the Director of Executive Education, the Executive Education Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for CWB's executive education programs. This role includes designing creative social media campaigns, generating, tracking and converting sales leads, and networking with local and national organizations to ensure positive CWB brand recognition and successful enrollment in executive education programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for a variety of open-enrollment executive education programs;
- Analyze market trends, program and enrollment data, and competitive organizations to generate data-driven marketing insights;
- Develop and maintain contact lists; national organizations, and local community events for regular outreach and engagement;
- Create and manage the calendar for local networking meetings, representing CWB to build relationships and generate leads in collaboration with the Director of Executive Education Programs and team members;
- Effectively engage with prospective participants and partners through strong networking and relationship building skills to increase lead conversion rates;
- Collaborate with university partners, program faculty and alumni to develop engaging social media and communications content;
- Work with the Executive Director, Director of Executive Education Programs, and other CWB staff to design, implement, and evaluate special marketing projects and campaigns (e.g. promo videos, testimonials, etc.);
- Manage, evaluate, and grow the center's executive education brand on various social media channels through compelling storytelling and audience engagement;
- Design printed and electronic promotional materials to market the center's professional coaching, leadership, and well-being programs; and
- Produce a monthly social media and outreach report that analyzes trends, interprets results, and recommends optimization tactics to improve performance and desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience typically obtained in 2+ years in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing campaigns;
- Experience typically obtained in 3+ years in creating marketing content specific to multiple social media platforms;
- Experience typically obtained in 2+ years developing strong networks and drive program growth through strategic relationship-building in business, government, and higher education settings;
- Proficiency in software such as Canva, Adobe, Constant Contact, Groups.io and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience working with Google Analytics, SEO, and AI;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively as a team member and to take ownership of projects; and
- Effective organizational, design, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Demonstrated experience in marketing executive education programs to various industries and sectors;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
- Experience in producing short-form promotional videos;
- Ability to work effectively in team settings with members from varying levels of the organization;
- Knowledge of assessment strategies and ability to develop and evaluate strategy effectiveness;
- Experience typically obtained in 2+ years in sales; and
- Knowledge of leadership coach education, well-being, and leadership development.
