We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality user documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.You will join a team of talented engineers, product managers, usability experts and clinicians to create the documentation required for effective training, use of our groundbreaking medical products, and technical summaries. How you will make an impact as a Technical Writer: Working with our product development teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Produce high-quality user guides and training materials that meetapplicable standards and are appropriate for the intended user population Participate in usability testing and analysis to verify the adequacy of the created documentation Produce quality technical summaries that support submissions to the Food and Drug Administration Skills you will need to be successfull: Proven working experience in technical writing of user guides / manuals, analytical test summaries, technical reports, and/or quality documents Keen attention to quality and detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Excellent written skills in English The ideal candidate will be high energy and ready to work in a fast paced environment About DEKA: One hour from the beach, Boston, and the mountains, the historic Amoskeag Millyard once housed the largest textile mills in the world.
