Job DescriptionAs the Senior Manager, Campus Enrollment at Texas State Technical College (TSTC), you hold a pivotal leadership position within the Enrollment Department. Your primary responsibility is to oversee campus enrollment operations, set and achieve strategic enrollment targets, and ensure alignment with TSTC's strategic imperatives. You will lead a dedicated team of Associate Managers of Admissions & Enrollment, Admissions Advisors, and Enrollment Coaches, working closely with the Provost's office and statewide processing centers. Your role involves crafting data-driven strategies for admissions and enrollment growth, advocating for inclusive practices, and fostering a dynamic environment for professional growth. You will be instrumental in driving campus priorities and ensuring responsiveness to Texas industry needs.
Hiring Range is $76,000 to $98,000 USD Annual.
The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Collaboration and Outreach:
* Collaborate with internal and statewide departments, such as the Provost Office, Marketing, Operations, Financial Aid, and faculty. * Represent the college at internal and external events, showcasing TSTC's values and achievements. * Plan, execute, and oversee enrollment initiatives, regional events, recruitment activities, and outreach programs. * Lead and facilitate open house events and community activities to enhance the college experience and foster community engagement.
Regulatory Oversight:
* Ensure department compliance with Federal, State, and institutional policies, such as FAFSA and FERPA. * Evaluate changes to enrollment management policies and best practices, providing strategic guidance to the team.
Technology Leadership:
* Provide strategic leadership in leveraging advanced software programs for eligibility review, financial aid tracking, and academic progress monitoring.
Enrollment Strategy:
* Plan enrollment goals in collaboration with internal departments, program team leads, and the Provost Office. * Monitor KPIs and adjust staff resources dynamically to meet targets. * Identify and address barriers to enrollment, implementing solutions at both campus and statewide levels.
Early Alert System:
* Oversee TSTC's Early Alert system, ensuring prompt identification of at-risk students and targeted outreach plans. * Utilize advanced advising techniques to maintain comprehensive and detailed notes.
Administrative Excellence:
* Identify and address staff training needs, coordinating comprehensive training programs and continuous staff development initiatives. * Play a key role in the development of budgets and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
Additional Leadership Responsibilities:
* Undertake additional leadership responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of enrollment processes.
