IMMEDIATE NURSING SCHEDULING JOB OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-530PM $27/HR Qualifications: * 2 years of healthcare scheduling, specifically nurse scheduling experience * Experience working with all payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance companies * Experience obtaining authorizations and reauthorizations for nursing visits Responsibilities: * Strong verbal and written communication and scheduling skills * Coordinates and tracks regularly scheduled nursing visits. * Communicates assignment of new patients and primary nursing from Nurse Manager to field staff. * Tracks and/or obtains authorizations and reauthorizations for nursing visits as needed. * Provides infusion treatment plans to physicians and maintains communication log. * Tracks outside agency visits by month. * Contacts outside agencies for nursing notes, statements and invoices as needed. * Maintains files of credentials and insurance documents for outside agencies. * Collaborates with Intake and Pharmacy staff to schedule visits and orders. * Good communication skills, collaborative, team player, flexible and customer service focused Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45425.00 - $49375.00/yr.
