*Description*
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to oversee the healthcare professional (HCP) payment program. Responsibilities include submitting payment requests to a third-party vendor, monitoring payment status, managing purchase orders (POs), delivering weekly reports, analyzing and resolving payment issues, and maintaining clear communication with internal clients and third-party supplier. Serve as the first point of contact for internal inquiries related to HCP payments. *Top Skills Details* Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, SAP, General Procurement/Sourcing Knowledge, Multi-tasking *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Spotlight call notes: *General procurement knowledge *The person will be responsible for processing sensitive relationships *They need to have a high level of accuracy, with documentation and analyzing *Able to identify when there is a problem and with guidance, help resolve those issues *They will be working in specialized tools that will have training but are expected to be quick learners and able to be proficient *Proficient in excel and outlook *Ability to stay on task with the time sensitive payments *A self-starter, someone who can work independently *Needs SAP experience but not extensive knowledge- looking up invoices and doing research *They need to be able to review the status of a payment on the suppliers website to determine if the payment went through and be able to communicate this to the internal clients *Someone who stands out on a resume is having experience with purchase order payments in procurement *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.71 - $23.71/hr.
