Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily A/P and A/R tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Use Peachtree, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software to process invoices and maintain financial records
• Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing inventory records
• Answer multi-line phones and assist with front-office responsibilities
• Prepare financial reports and communicate with vendors/customers regarding billing or payment questions

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years or more of accounts payable/receivable or related accounting experience
• Proficiency in Peachtree, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed for inventory-related tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
