Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Springfield, OH for a full-time opportunity with a trusted manufacturing company.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (1st shift)
• Must be available for full 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
• Maintain production standards and meet output goals
• Perform quality checks and complete required documentation (quality logs, timesheets, traceability forms, etc.)
• Load and unload components/products into appropriate containers (tubs, skids, boxes, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with frequent bending, standing, and manual work
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required
• Previous factory/machine operation experience preferred
• Robotic weld experience is a plus!
