Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented ISP Network Technician to support structured cabling infrastructure in a high-demand enterprise environment. This role involves installing, testing, and documenting fiber and copper cabling systems across data center environments. What You'll Do * Install and route fiber and CAT6A copper cabling from MDA to IDF racks * Execute brick cabinet builds, including mounting switch hardware and connecting uplinks * Perform fiber patching and continuity testing on newly installed strands * Certify copper drops using Fluke testers with a high pass rate * Ensure all labeling aligns with structured cabling standards * Update Visio diagrams and cable path tracking in DCIM systems * Document work through Jira ticketing and as-built photo capture * Follow engineering drawings and structured cabling best practices What You Bring * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Knowledge of fiber optics and structured cabling standards * Familiarity with enterprise-level infrastructure environments * Hands-on experience in cabling, construction, or related fieldwork * Ability to follow technical documentation and engineering drawings Nice to Have * Experience with fiber patching, copper certification, and infrastructure testing * Understanding of DCIM systems, Jira, and Visio documentation * Comfortable working in large-scale data center environments Why Apply? * Be part of a high-impact team supporting mission-critical infrastructure * Gain hands-on experience with enterprise cabling systems and tools * Opportunity to grow into advanced roles in network and data center operations * Competitive compensation and exposure to cutting-edge technologies *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
