Job Title: Mortgage Closing Specialist Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mortgage Closing Specialists. This role is responsible for managing the closing process of residential mortgage loans, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. We welcome both entry-level candidates eager to grow in the mortgage industry and experienced professionals with experience in closing, escrow, or title. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and compliance * Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth closings * Verify loan conditions and ensure all required documentation is received and complete * Communicate with internal teams, borrowers, and external partners to resolve issues and provide updates * Ensure adherence to TRID and other regulatory requirements * Monitor closing pipelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Support post-closing and funding activities as needed * Maintain accurate records and documentation in loan origination systems Qualifications: * Entry-Level Candidates: * Strong organizational and communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * Experienced Candidates: * Prior experience in mortgage closing, escrow, title, or loan funding * Knowledge of TRID regulations and closing disclosures * Experience with Encompass or other loan origination systems * Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations * Escrow and title experience is a strong plus Top Skills: * Mortgage Closing * Document Review * Customer Service * Escrow and Title Coordination * Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge * Loan Operations * Data Entry and Administrative Support Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
