As a Senior Talent Sourcer supporting our Generating Demand function, you'll play a pivotal role in building the teams that drive our growth and innovation. You'll identify and engage top-tier talent across Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, and Consumer Insights. In close partnership with Talent Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders, you'll analyze market trends, deliver talent insights, influence hiring decisions, and build strong, future-ready pipelines. What You'll Do
- Source high-impact talent using marketplace analytics, social platforms, and CRM/talent databases.
- Align sourcing strategies with Nestle's goals for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines in our CRM to support both current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver insights on talent availability, competitors, and compensation to guide hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Business Leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Craft compelling outreach strategies that reflect Nestle's employer brand.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and pipeline quality.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a large, matrixed organization or agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and leverage CRM technology to capture and share candidate data.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean logic and social recruiting.
- Experience sourcing for commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Insights) is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze market and competitor intelligence and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage passive talent.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, offer management, and relationship building.
- Experience using technologies to support talent selection, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and social media tools.
