Job Description:

The Specialist I, Raw Material are experienced in leading daily operations within the Raw Materials department, with a focus on production scheduling, technician training, Trackwise tasks and resource coordination. Skilled in ensuring timely completion of training programs, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting seamless day-to-day operations through effective planning and supply management.

  • Assist with daily scheduling and resource allocation within the Raw Materials department. Support coordination of production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations. Training & Development
  • Serve as a certified Train-the-Trainer, delivering and supporting technician training programs. Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with LMS WA processes. Documentation & Systems
  • Perform document issuance and ensure accuracy and compliance with Master Control systems. Utilize SAP for basic inventory and production tracking. Conduct batch record reviews and support documentation audits. Quality & Compliance
  • Participate in TrackWise investigations, including ITLTs and customer complaint resolution. Apply TrackWise basics to support quality event documentation and follow-up. Team Collaboration & Conflict Resolution
  • Navigate team dynamics and assist in resolving interpersonal conflicts professionally. Collaborate cross-functionally to support a positive and productive work environment. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
  • Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues. Contribute to process improvements and support BAS (Business Automation Systems) initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • No Experience required w/bachelors
  • 2-4 Years related experience (Minimum 1 year w/o Bachelors)
  • Lead Experience desired
  • Pharmaceutical and FDA Experience Preferred
  • General Awareness in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Mechanical Aptitude and Manual Dexterity required
  • General Awareness in Basic cGMP required
  • General Awareness in Basic Sanitization Process(es) required

Shift: Weekday days, Monday- Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $29.52-$40.60 hr. Depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
  • This position is eligible for a shift premium of $2.00 per hour worked between 3pm and 11pm, and $2.50 per hour worked between 11pm and 7:30am.
  • This position is eligible for an aseptic premium of $2.00 per hour worked in qualifying aseptic areas.
