Continue your journey as a Precision Assembler J at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll operate a variety of machines assembling parts and sub-assemblies. Our Assembly team is proud of their contributions supporting the assembly set up, adjustments, repair, maintenance, and operation of assembly equipment while ensuring the uninterrupted service to our customers in key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to:

• Perform precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances.
• Follow schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, circuit boards and soldering of components to assemble units.
• Use standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, and dial calipers.

Are You Ready to:

• Assemble intricate precise components or products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

• Perform set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of machines and/or equipment.
• Participate in and take proactive roles in ISO, AS9100, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.

What You'll Need: (Required Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be J standard certified (Solder).
• Previous manufacturing experience or specialized training preferred.
