City/State Virginia Beach, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: The Software Product Developer will play a critical role in designing and developing various categories of software, including end-user applications, enterprise data architectures, and utility tools that enable seamless performance of business operations. This position requires a deep understanding of software domains, interface design, and platform characteristics to deliver effective software solutions for external customers. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining code using programming, scripting, and database languages, supporting DevOps, testing, deployment, and ongoing software enhancements. This role also involves applying software development best practices including code reviews, source control management, technical design specifications, and testing processes. This is an individual contributor role for an experienced professional who applies practical knowledge with a strong ability to work independently. Problems encountered are challenging but not overly complex, and the role may involve influencing team members through the application of technical expertise and process improvements. . We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$80,204.80-$133,681.60.
