TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in for a fully remote customer service position. This role will be fully remote in a contact center environment in support for energy efficient services. Applicants with prior call center experience and a sales focused mindset are encouraged to apply.
*Description:* This is an inbound project related to new marketing campaigns helping utility customers save money, make their homes more efficient and help our climate through change. Along with supporting this project, you will be cross trained in outbound support as well, which involves outbound calls to potential customers. *Responsibilities: * * Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to potential and current customers around energy efficiency, providing quality customer service. * Support multiple programs and platforms of services including visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education, tech support, online support, and/or status updates. * Wide range of support scripts - verbatim, talking points, or simple usage guides * Utilize chat/email interactions for communication with customers * Personal performance data and progress accessible in real time * Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system. * Proactively offer products and schedule sales appointments * Outbound calls to potential customers around services *Qualifications:* * Prior call center experience * Strong customer service and administrative skills * Sales oriented with focus on customer service satisfaction. * Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment * Microsoft office skills * Type 35 WPM * High speed internet- 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download *Additional Details:* - Schedule: Monday-Friday - Shift: 9am-5pm central time - This is a 3-6 month contract with possibility for extension - Full benefits and 401K immediately upon starting - Ability to learn and grow with a dynamic team *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
