For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Key Responsibilities: Partner with show tour managers to support merchandise count in/out and event settlements upwards of 100K+ in merchandise. Help distribute concert merchandise to the various selling locations. Ensure all stands are ready to go, stocked with supplies, and open on time. Provide warm, friendly service to every guest and encourage the same from team members. Support team members during shifts, offering guidance and assisting with onboarding when needed. Provide consignment paperwork to finance department Communicate with venue management on retail planning/expectations for each event execution. Serve as a point of contact for questions and support during events. Help assign tasks, check in on progress, and offer coaching as needed. Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed. Share feedback with leadership on team performance, challenges, and areas where support is needed. Provide occasional support to Team LA Store Supervisors during Lakers and Kings games. Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed. Qualifications: Experience in retail or event operations is a plus. Math skills a plus. A team-oriented mindset with some leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. A guest-first approach to service. Comfortable working in a lively, fast-moving environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and long hours.
