Responsibilities

Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining

Location: Position may be located in Manchester, NH

  • Risk assessments: Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and devise appropriate security measures
  • Security tools: Evaluating new security tools and technologies
  • Installation: Installing and configuring security systems, including access control devices, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on security systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and updating software. Assist with the development of security maintenance programs for systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with security systems.
  • Repair: Repairing and replacing faulty components in security systems.
  • Testing: Testing the functionality of security systems after installation and maintenance.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Training: Training users on how to operate and maintain security systems.
  • System Integration: Assisting with the integration of security systems with other technologies.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards; including SAS and SOX audits and certifications and Department of Homeland Security standards
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or +5 years experience in a security installation and systems is preferred.
  • Experience: +5 years experience = with CCTV, alarm systems or corporate Security Systems (such as CCure and Access It) installation, programming and maint is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams etc.) and related software and basic networking knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve environmental issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Other: Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices, and waste management techniques.

Physical Demands:

  • May involve some physical activity, such as walking, standing, and lifting.
  • May require working/travel in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve working in an office environment, as well as outdoors or in a facility.
  • May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the specific requirements of the job.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $52,086 - $78,932
