Staffmark is hiring a Quality Technician for an exciting temp position in Raleigh, NC with a cutting-edge scientific organization known for advancing laboratory standards and excellence. Pay and Schedule:

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Do:

• Administer and manage Proficiency Testing (PT) studies, including data collection and final report preparation
• Analyze laboratory data for statistical accuracy, trends, and inconsistencies
• Provide support to participating labs with study logistics, data interpretation, and evaluations
• Maintain and review SOPs, QC records, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 17025, ISO 17034, ISO 17043, ISO 9001) and TNI regulations
• Log and investigate customer/internal complaints, identify root causes, and support resolutions
• Assist with internal audits and corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate across departments to uphold quality benchmarks and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mathematics preferred
• 0-2 years of quality, compliance, or lab experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator and team player with a strong work ethic
