The Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor position in a dynamic, community-focused healthcare practice. OBGYN provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, from preconception through postpartum and menopause. The ideal candidate will possess OB/GYN clinical experience and at least two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting. This role involves a combination of direct clinical responsibilities on the floor, dedicated time for scheduling and administrative tasks, and involvement in staff evaluations and other supervisory duties. The position oversees Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Clinical Team Assistants and reports to the Clinical Manager. Summary: The Supervisor - Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
