Job Description

WGL - Training Specialist
Delivers technical training programs, evaluates and edits training material, and prepares recommendations for qualification programs to meet job and code requirements.

You Will:
* Review training program in collaboration with other Training Specialists.
* Implement various initiatives to improve the quality of existing training programs and modules (manuals).
* Deliver technical training to employees.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides technical support to employees.
* Monitor and tracks employee and contractor qualifications.
* Ensure compliance with required training by reviewing the training schedule.
* Utilize Learning Management software to update, maintain and retrieve training records.

You Have:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
* 2+ years of training experience or natural gas industry experience required.
* 2+ years of training experience in the natural gas industry preferred.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of pipeline safety (DOT Part 192), OSHA and state/local codes preferred.
* Proven ability to use computers, software and applications, such as Microsoft Office, for presentation purposes, and to share, retrieve and research business information and data.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and interpret regulations clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $94,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
