We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our HR Project Management Office (PMO). This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, thrives in an evolving environment, and enjoys blending structure with creativity to drive progress. You'll play a vital role in supporting the HR PMO with administrative functions, partnering with cross-functional departments, and managing small to medium scale projects that integrate both process optimization and technology implementation

Work Schedule 20 hours per week with potential for full time hours in the future, onsite
Other Work/Responsibilities

  • Support HR PMOs administrative functions
  • Drive the execution of small to medium-scale projects from initiation through delivery
  • Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, colleges, the Technology and application team, as well as other stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings, document & communicate decisions, and ensure accountability from all engaged stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows with lean principles
  • Bring a creative lens to problem solving and process improvement
  • Communicate confidently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Embrace feedback and learning opportunities with a growth mindset
  • Shadow Sr. Project Managers for their projects


Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 yrs. Experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Project Lifecycle

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com,Miro, Google workspace
  • A strong sense of urgency about getting work done and solving problems
  • Ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships
  • Agile & Scrum concepts
  • PMP and Agile Certification is a plus
