Job Description:
Location: Wayne Tower located in Wayne, Michigan. Part time 24 hours a week Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years of office, customer service, or sales/marketing experience; leasing experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, internet, and property management software. Knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD/Section 8) preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Functions
Perform leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals. Complete guest cards, applications, and reports; enter data in Yardi or other systems. Greet prospects, conduct tours, present apartment features/benefits, process applications, and close leases. Maintain positive resident relationships to support retention. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Tenant Selection Plan, Lease Agreement, and company policies. Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach. Provide professional communication with residents, co-workers, vendors, and community partners. Achieve company standards for occupancy, closing ratios, Yardi scores, and resident satisfaction. Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
