Overview

We're seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Corporate Strategy Team. This high-impact role is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility initiatives that shape the company's growth agenda-including market assessments, competitive analysis, and business case development for new opportunities. Partnering closely with senior leadership across functions, this individual will identify strategic priorities, evaluate business performance, and support executive decision-making to accelerate growth and long-term value creation.

You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about driving growth, solving complex business problems, and influencing without authority. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. This position is fully remote, operating on Eastern Time.



What you will be doing

    Lead data-driven market assessments, competitive analyses, and business case development for new growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights and recommendations for strategic priorities, investments, and organizational performance.
  • Shape and translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes (e.g., KPIs, OKRs).
  • Support executive- and board-level decision-making on investments in products, capabilities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities through rigorous analysis.
  • Communicate complex insights through executive-ready presentations and storytelling.
  • Mentor and coach team members, contributing to the growth of the strategy function.
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader, bringing forward best practices and emerging approaches to corporate strategy.


What will make you successful

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategic role.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; ability to assess ROI, market viability, and long-term growth potential.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for executive and board audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-priority, high-impact initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Deep understanding of strategic frameworks (e.g., strategy maps, value streams, balanced scorecards, Mekkos).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with strategic planning tools and dashboards (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).
  • Experience with M&A evaluation, partnerships, or capability investments.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or analytics tools.
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven industries.
  • Experience working in or with remote-first organizations.
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $124,000-$155,000 and eligible for benefits
