Patient Population: N/A Employment Qualifications Required Education:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Preferred Education:A Master's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Licensing/ Certification Licensure/Certification Required:N/A Licensure/Certification Preferred: PMP certification, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in facility management, construction, or project management in health care industry.Preferred 5 years of experience in facility management, construction or project management in health care industry. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Proficiency in standard Microsoft desktop software including MS Projects, AutoCAD or Revit, e-Builder. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture. Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups. Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree. Working Conditions: Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. Required to car travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.May be exposed to high noise levels and bright lights. May have periods of constant interruptions. Prolonged periods of working alone.
