At Capital Group, our Global Communications team connects associates to our purpose, strategy, and each other. We're hiring a Senior Manager of Digital Channel Strategy to lead and evolve the digital platforms that power this connection - including email, intranet, collaboration tools, and emerging technologies. You'll ensure our digital channels are not only efficient and contemporary but also impactful and engaging.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead a small team of digital producers and developers, and manage vendor partners to deliver seamless, high-quality digital experiences from concept through launch and optimization. Sitting at the intersection of communications and technology, this role requires a unique blend of strategic communication expertise and technical fluency. You'll define the long-term vision for Capital's digital communication channels, drive innovation and performance, and ensure governance and compliance across a global ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with IT, HR, Legal, and business leaders to create engaging, intuitive digital experiences for more than 9,000 associates worldwide.

As a key member of the Global Communications team, you'll help shape and execute programs that align associates with Capital's long-term strategy and business priorities. You're known for leading creative teams, understanding audience behaviors, and delivering innovative solutions to complex communication challenges. You thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple stakeholders - including internal clients, business partners, and peers - with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

  • You have 7+ years of experience in internal communications, digital channel strategy, or content operations in a large, matrixed organization.
  • You are someone who thrives on improving the way information flows within an organization and is passionate about creating impactful, engaging digital employee experiences.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of current and emerging communications trends, channels and best practices, and coordinate with your peers to activate these practices across our entire organization.
  • You seek out data and insights to inform improvements and maximize audience engagement.
  • You bring experience with UX/UI principles, change management and agile workflows.
  • You believe continuous innovation is critical in an ever-changing communications landscape. As such, you constantly stay abreast of industry trends, bringing creative and engaging solutions to the organization.
  • You inspire and mentor those in communications roles to continually enhance their skills and knowledge and bring fresh ideas to bear on how we engage with our audiences and improve our communication processes.
  • You are comfortable navigating a highly matrixed corporate environment and collaborating across many stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $158,975-$270,258 New York Base Salary Range: $168,536-$286,511

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
