Hourly Pay Range:

$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Physical Therapist
  • Location Options: Skokie, Arlington Heights, Elmhurst, Naperville
  • Schedule: Part-time or Full-time - Evening and weekend shifts
  • FTE Range: 0.2 FTE (minimum 8 hours/week) up to Full-time
  • Flexible Shift Options:
  • 2 or more 4-hour evening shifts/week and/or
  • 1- 4-to-8-hour weekend shift
  • Flexibility: This is a great role for those seeking flexibility-ideal for maintaining work/life balance or supplementing other commitments.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing

What You Will Need:

  • License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
  • Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by appropriate national accrediting bodies
  • Certification: CPR certification required
  • Experience & Skills: Not required-new grads welcome!
