What You'll Do

• Lead Front-of-House and Kitchen Teams
• Own Cost Control & Food Quality
• Coach and Develop Hourly Staff
• Manage Systems, Displays, and Office Functions
• Drive Forecasting, Budgeting & Problem Solving

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service management (quick-service required)
• High School diploma required; associate's degree preferred
• Strong POS and MS Office skills
• Proven leadership with diverse teams and union environments
