EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust meet company driver qualifications. COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts and ability to apply concepts of algebra. OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to travel 20% of the time. REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESAble to perform data entry on computer system by responding to screen prompts using Ten-Key and keyboard data entry procedures.
