ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with using Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone Six (6) or more years of related work experience: --Proven experience building and implementing platforms or programs, preferably regarding talent management, grounded in HR principles, skills, and competencies. --Demonstrated ability to identify critical job skills and apply workforce planning strategies to support succession planning and learning initiatives. --Track record of developing innovative, skills-based solutions that drive internal mobility and align talent with organizational needs.
