About the role

The Vice President of Marketing and Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's marketing, brand, and product portfolio strategies. This role ensures the successful positioning, development, and lifecycle management of products while driving go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The VP will collaborate across departments-particularly with Sales-to align product roadmaps and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Lead digital marketing, content, communications, demand generation, and PR initiatives.
  • Focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive sales growth
  • Manage marketing analytics and KPIs to assess performance and optimize campaigns.

Product Management Leadership:

  • Focus on driving product strategy for ReKiln, ReMove and ReDrop product lines.
  • The product strategy should cover
    • Market Assessment: 1.Market size and trends, .Segmentation and Targeting
    • Customer Value Creation: 1. Customer needs, 2. Value proposition 3. Segment share map, 4.Customer collaboration
    • Strategy & Portfolio: 1.Portfolio/Product Assessment, 2.Product Life cycle map 3.Value chain/Profit pool
    • Technology and Innovation: 1.Multi Gen product/segment plan, 2.Competitive assessment, 3.Technology roadmap
    • Planning and Execution: 1.Optimize key supply chain/partner relations, 2.Cost optimization
    • Business and Financial Acumen: 1.Value pricing methodology, 2.Win/Loss analysis 3.P&L profitability
  • Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive assessments to guide product innovation.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to ensure market fit and profitability.

Strategic Alignment & Team Leadership:

  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across both Marketing and Product functions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Present regularly to executive leadership and the board on product and marketing performance, insights, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and product management roles.
  • Proven success leading high-growth marketing and product strategies, preferably in waste industry.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern marketing tech stacks (CRM, automation, analytics tools).
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate insights into actionable solutions and marketing strategies.
