Summary

The proposal coordinator will be responsible for defining and managing Sambatek's proposal process, which includes all proposal-related content (letters, RFPs, RFQs, etc.). This position is challenging and rewarding, and every day looks a little different as you work with a professional services team that loves what they do. It requires equal parts creativity and productivity, big picture thinking, and attention to the smallest detail.

In addition, this position will work closely with the marketing manager to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all Sambatek collateral, communications, proposals, and support from the marketing coordinator as needed. The proposal coordinator will report to the marketing manager.

  • Work Location: Hybrid, in office at least two days per week
  • Expected Compensation Range: $68,000-80,0000 annually (Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the proposal process by being the centralized contact for internal and external partners, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and produced, and adhering to strict timelines
  • Maintain brand management, ensuring integrity and consistency across all Sambatek marketing materials
  • Manage database and image library for projects, proposal text library, firm overview, firm certifications, and coordinate creation of new project sheets upon project completion
  • Work with technical and senior leadership teams on collaboration for proposal content
  • Oversee staff resume and photography needs, including updating project listings and certifications on resumes as needed, and coordinating professional head shots with an external contract photographer
  • Additional responsibilities as directed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, A/E/C industry preferred
  • Advanced skills with Adobe InDesign for proposal layout, graphics, and production
  • Experience with marketing-related tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines with keen attention to detail
  • Creative and strategic with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment
  • Ability to occasionally move equipment/objects weighing up to 10 pounds
