JOB SUMMARY:

Has responsibility for efficient operation of Payments including but not limited to Wire Room, Debit Card, ACH and Credit Card operations. Manages the day-to-day activities, schedules workflow and ensures individual and team execution of Seacoast Core Competencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads multifunctional team ensuring all Payments activities are properly completed and a focus on customer experience is maintained.



  • Continually strives to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.
  • Creates a positive teamwork environment and growth opportunities through cross training opportunities and coaching of support staff.
  • Ensures written Policy and Procedure are maintained.
  • Completion of monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Monitors activities for accurate completion and correction when necessary.
  • Participates as an alternate for Business Continuity and Incident Response
  • Supports Payments Leader on projects and special tasks as needed.
  • Displays commitment to Seacoasts 4 Promises


  • Adheres to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable to our industry, while observing both the spirit and letter of all government regulations and laws, and bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to AML/BSA requirements, operational procedures, audit procedures, risk/control expectations, dual control, security, Business Continuity, and all other regulated banking requirements.
  • Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • Business Insight of payments industry, including operations and regulations
  • Drives results even under tough circumstances.
  • Capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, given broad direction.
  • One to two years leadership experience
  • Four years related Payment Operations experience.
  • Four years Customer Service experience
  • Proven team building and talent development skills.
  • High school diploma required.
