Title: Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Specialist
Location: Plaquemine, LA

Salary: $91,000 - $113,000
Schedule: Onsite; 9/80 and 4/10 schedule available

Focus: The Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Specialist is responsible for providing cost tracking, reporting, analyzing, and investigation support for daily Maintenance and Turnarounds, both large and small.

Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Specialist Essential Responsibilities:

• Support Turnaround Manager with cost estimate development and lead project control activities throughout all phases to ensure proper cost accounting and allocation
• Quality control work orders for correct classifications and billing processed upon work completion to facilitate proper closure
• Own, update, and manage the monthly load plan and expense accruals
• Review and analyze contractor data for discrepancies and investigate accordingly; work with Contractor Administrator to resolve billing issues.
• Investigate discrepancies between planned and actual work and provide leadership with feedback as appropriate

Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Specialist Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical manufacturing preferred
• 3+ years of work experience in a Project Controls related role strongly preferred
• Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• SAP Plant Maintenance experience and knowledge highly preferred
• Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
