What does a Plant Director do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Direct and coordinate the day to day activities of the Utah production center for the manufacturing of the highest quality product as efficiently and economically as possible, ensuring plant adheres to current and future KORE and ISO manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensures plant is in compliance with all KORE Quality/Environmental/Safety, ISO-9001, and FSSC-022000 requirements and all Federal/ State laws and regulations.
  • Establish and monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for production, quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse departments.
  • Ensure good coordination and communication with Sales Department, Contract Customers, and Commercialization teams to assure adequate stock levels for ongoing sales activities, promotional packaging, and new package requirements.
  • Coordinates regularly with departments to ensure that all fleet, building, and manufacturing equipment are in good operating condition and proposes future capital expenditures and packages.
  • Hires, supervises and provides a professional development of staff, ensures that the manufacturing facility is adequately staffed and trained at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, warehouse and management required
  • Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety and Environmental
  • Knowledge of international food safety requirements
  • Understanding of Coca-Cola KORE requirements
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities
  • Facilities and operations management
  • Safety requirements knowledge
  • KORE requirements for Quality, Safety and Environmental

Base pay range is $148,550 - $194,972 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
