About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Salesforce's Product UX team is hiring Associate and Senior Product Designers to shape the future of our Nonprofit and Education Clouds, part of Salesforce's Impact Portfolio and broader Industries strategy. These purpose-built clouds are designed to help mission-driven organizations (schools, universities, foundations, and nonprofits) deliver essential services, drive community engagement, and transform how they operate in a digital-first world.

As part of Salesforce's Customer 360 platform, our industry clouds combine reusable architecture, industry-specific data models, and pre-built business processes to help organizations accelerate time to value and drive long-term outcomes. For UX designers, this means the opportunity to work at the intersection of systems thinking, human-centered design, and social impact, where your work not only meets high complexity and scale, but also meaningful purpose.

You'll contribute to Salesforce's enterprise design system while tailoring it to the unique needs of nonprofits and educators. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft experiences that are powerful, accessible, and inclusive, designed for impact at every level.

This is a chance to solve real-world problems at scale, advocate for underrepresented users, and help shape how mission-driven organizations thrive on the world's #1 CRM platform.
