Job Description Client is a Service Maintenance provider who assists with Physical security of the Access Control Lennel systems. They are looking for an Access Control Installer with the following experience: Someone who has experience installing, maintaining, and repairing access control systems in commercial and residential properties. Experience with a variety of equipment, including card readers, keypads, biometric scanners, and electronic locks, ensuring only authorized individuals can access specific areas. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Install and configure access control systems, including hardware and software components. Maintenance and Repair: Regularly inspect and maintain existing access control systems, addressing malfunctions and ensuring smooth operation. Programming and User Management: Program access control systems with user credentials, granting or denying access based on designated permissions. Integration: Integrate access control systems with other security systems, such as CCTV cameras and intrusion alarms. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to access control systems, responding to emergencies and system outages. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, including user information and system configurations. Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on access control system operation. Compliance: Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to access control systems. Required Skills: Technical proficiency in electronic security systems and access control technology. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with various access control technologies and platforms. Experience with wiring, plumbing, and other electrical systems.
