Experience Required

- At least three (3) years of experience conducting Intelligence Analysis, Targeting, and Collection Management utilizing related analytic software.
- At least two (2) years of experience in scenario development or scripting.
- At least three (3) years of experience conducting intelligence fusion and analysis, specifically: Signals Intelligence, Technical Surveillance, Unmanned Systems, Targeting, arid Intelligence Analysis.
- Possess two years' experience working with national and international laws, policies, regulations, directives, and instructions, which govern intelligence activities, intelligence oversight, and collection activities.
- Possess 3 years working with NSW Special Reconnaissance TTPs.

Job Objective
Provide Scenario Scripter SME Support to Naval Special Warfare
Responsibilities
- Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Shall be highly organized and proficient in utilizing computer applications and related automation to support required efforts and product development. CUI 3 CUI
- Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, sufficient to present information or explain complex and technical aspects of research and prepare briefing papers, summaries, narratives or articles.
- Must be capable of multi-tasking in a high stress, time sensitive environment.
- Must be capable of effectively coordinating various products with stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in an environment that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks, and meeting stringent timelines.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks, as required.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
- Must be able to communicate by voice and ear over telephone.
- Must be able to lift objects whose weight is not to exceed 50-pounds.
- Work in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions, unless otherwise specified requirements by position described below.
- May be required to travel to and between CONUS location(s) and OCONUS i.e., Hawaii, as requested. Specific places of performance and travel requirements identified in specific requirements by position.
- May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure.
- May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine and jet engine aircraft.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.
- May be required to board Maritime vessels and embark during their duties.
- Develop Scenarios and Scripting
- Provide the final exercise scenario to the training cadre NLT 30 days prior to the start of the supported exercise.
- Participates in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events and other planning events related to the exercises as required.
- Contractor shall work with other NSW scenario developers-to ensure scenarios are mutually supporting and represent NSWG-8's capabilities.
- Contractors shall create and brief to the Training Officer in Charge (OIC) the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) depicting the key events driving the exercise NLT 30 days prior to the start of the supported exercise.
- Contractor shall conduct dynamic scripting during the exercise's execution cycle to drive the exercise to the expected outcomes.
