Join us as our new Finance Business Partner, Manufacturing - Americas

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Functioning as the Regional Operations Financials point of contact for a production site.

• Working with operational leadership teams, providing advice to improve key performance indicators.

• Being an active member of the Manufacturing Leadership team.

• Providing financial and strategic decision support to senior management to ensure achievement of short and long-term financial goals.

• Supporting Site Leaders in managing their spending budgets, including monthly budget vs. actual analysis, headcount reporting, monthly and quarterly expense forecast updates, annual planning, and special projects.

• Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

• Using your deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes to provide insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems.

• Securing controls are in place for CAPEX investments and driving the financial steering committees.

• Overseeing site performance on production volumes, inventory levels, variances, scrap, etc.

To succeed you must hold:

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant finance experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• The ability to balance quantitative analysis and qualitative insights in decision-making.

• The ability to systematically break down problems, evaluate solutions, and implement solutions.

• The ability to collect, model, and present data in a way that tells a compelling story.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
