About the Role Tek Systems is seeking a skilled Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technician to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial environments-everything from security systems to AV and telecommunications. Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams * Install and program security, audio/video, and telecom systems * Troubleshoot and resolve wiring and connectivity issues * Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines * Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and tasks * Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Requirements * High school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical certificate preferred) * 1+ years of relevant experience * Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations * Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics * Strong troubleshooting skills * Able to work independently and on a team * Excellent communication and client-facing skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits * Contract-to-hire position * Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to grow within a leading integrator * Submit your resume if you're ready to take the next step!
