As a Case Worker, you'll be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, helping them regain financial peace of mind. Your responsibilities will include: * Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations, gather financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear updates and compassionate guidance throughout the resolution journey. * Team Collaboration: Partner with our legal and tax professionals to develop strategic plans and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. * Case Management: Track case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate, organized records. What You Bring * Experience: 2+ years in case management, tax resolution, or a related field (preferred). * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus - but equivalent experience is welcome. * Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
