Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid or Remote)

Duration: 10 Months

Overview: We're seeking a skilled Change Management Contractor to support our organization in executing a comprehensive change management strategy and establishing some foundational templates. This role will focus on the tactical aspects of change management, ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Miro, and Asana.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discovery:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change requirements and objectives
    • Conduct change impact assessments and analysis to understand the implications of changes on various teams and processes
    • Develop end-to-end user journey maps to visualize the impact of changes on user experiences


  2. Change Delivery Planning:

    • Create and refine change delivery plans that outline the steps necessary for successful implementation
    • Develop a key messaging hierarchy to ensure consistent communication throughout the change process
    • Design engagement and communications strategies
    • Polish and prepare change delivery assets for hotel-facing use, ensuring clarity and usability
    • Establish success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress


  3. Pilot Management:

    • Manage beta tests and pilot programs to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments before full-scale implementation


  4. Post-Implementation Sustainability:

    • Integrate sustainability considerations into change management strategies to promote long-term viability and responsibility
    • Provide adoption and stabilization support post-implementation to ensure sustained success and user satisfaction




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct impact assessments and user journey mapping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro, and Asana
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
