Change Management provides processes, tools and techniques to successfully transition individuals, groups and organizations from current state to future state. This job family creates and implements change management strategies and plans that increase employee adoption, minimize resistance, and improve the likelihood of successful, sustainable outcomes.

Job Summary
The Sr. Consultant, Change Management will collaborate across multiple levels and functions of the enterprise to lead the people side of major change initiatives. Further, this role will join an experienced team of change management professionals partnering to contribute and apply best practices which help elevate the enterprise ability to successfully move through change.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of stakeholder and change impacts for complex projects
  • Design innovative and comprehensive change strategies for assigned projects, leveraging industry best practices and tailoring established standards to drive lasting change and minimize business disruption and resistance
  • Plan and execute detailed change solutions for technology-related projects, including transformational business projects
  • Ensure all affected stakeholder groups employees as well as external partners are identified and supported through the changes introduced by each project
  • Partner with project management, communications, learning, IT, HR data analytics, finance and other functions to achieve change management and broader project objectives
  • Establish aligned metrics to evaluate the success of change efforts
  • Monitor, refine and adapt the change approach as needed throughout each project engagement
  • Contribute to equipping Cardinal Health leaders to guide their teams effectively through change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum five years of change management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the people side of large-scale business or technology initiatives
  • Prosci certification preferred
  • CCMP certification a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and at the same time foster effective working relationships to collaboratively achieve results
  • Capacity to quickly build business acumen and apply relevant change management methodology in nuanced scenarios
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined attention to detail and accountability to fulfill assigned responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of each project

  • Provides solutions which may set precedent
  • Independently determines method for completion of new projects
  • Receives guidance on overall project objectives
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range:$103,500-$147,900
