FTE: 1.0 Shift:Days Schedule:Variable Compensation Range: 0-4 years experience: $427.000 5+ years of experience:$495,400 Annual Quality Incentive: $75,000.00 per 1.0 FTE wRVU threshold: 6,527 for 0-4 years of experience 7,431 for 5+ years of experience Position Summary MultiCare Health System is seeking a full-time BE/BC Endocrine Surgeon to join an established and expanding group practice in the beautiful Puget Sound Region of Washington State. Responsibilities Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the endocrine system, including thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal. Perform procedures such as thyroidectomy, parathyroidectomy, adrenalectomy, and minimally invasive surgeries (laparoscopic/robotic). Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results related to endocrine disorders. Develop and manage pre- and post-operative care plans. Work closely with endocrinologists, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case reviews. Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols and institutional policies. Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and recovery expectations. Stay current with advancements in endocrine surgery through continuing education. Mentor residents, fellows, or junior staff as applicable. Participate in clinical trials or research initiatives aimed at improving surgical outcomes and techniques (if applicable).
