Position Summary: The Prescott campus is seeking a part-time Campus Shuttle Driver. This position is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors on campus. This role involves operating shuttle vehicles, adhering to schedules, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to safety, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate campus shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently along designated routes.
  • Ensure adherence to assigned schedules and timely transportation services.
  • Provide courteous and helpful service to all passengers, answering questions about routes or campus locations when needed.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
  • Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow all traffic laws, campus transportation policies, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including passenger counts and any incidents, as required.
Qualifications
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a transportation or driving role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the campus layout and routes (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in diverse situations.
  • Physical ability to operate vehicles and assist passengers if needed.

Clean driving record required. No moving violations within the last 2 years. No reckless driving or DUI violations on file. Must be at least 20 years of age per insurance requirements.
