Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18 - $20hr.

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for uploading training documents and certificates in multiple software programs and databases, working in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and ISNetworld, assisting all employees with any training-related questions, and scheduling offshore employees for required hands-on training courses. This position will communicate with employees and supervisors, type correspondences to employees, process certifications, create and submit specialized training mileage sheets to accounts payable, process purchase orders and contact hotels for reservations, and process all new hires including review of training policy and schedule of training classes.

Qualifications: Prior training experience, preferably with ISNetworld, and Excel experience.
