As Senior Manager of Total Rewards with Foley, you will serve as a key member of the People Leadership Team and will own the design, development and delivery of our company-wide compensation, benefits and employee wellness programs. This critical role will ensure our offerings are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with Foley's culture, MVP and business priorities.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role, requiring a blend of deep expertise, analytical capability, operational know-how, and the agility to navigate a continuously evolving landscape for Total Rewards.
What You Will Do in This Role:
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and evolve the company's total rewards strategy to align with business goals, talent priorities, and market conditions
  • Partner with executive leadership, HRBPs, and Finance to shape compensation, benefits, and well-being programs that drive engagement and retention
  • Use data and insights to influence strategic decisions and proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on total rewards matters to senior leaders and stakeholders across the business
Compensation Design & Payroll Administration
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
  • Oversee job analysis, job architecture, leveling, and internal pay equity processes
  • Manage the annual compensation planning cycle (merit increases, bonus programs, and promotions)
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related transactions and payroll cycles
  • Benchmark roles and maintain market data to ensure competitive positioning
Benefit Program Design & Administration
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive benefit offerings that meet employee needs and are cost-effective for the business
  • Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, renewals, and ongoing plan administration
  • Evaluate plan performance, utilization, and employee feedback to make data-informed recommendations
  • Ensure smooth open enrollment processes and effective employee communication of benefit options
Employee Wellness & Support Programs
  • Develop and oversee wellness initiatives that support physical, mental, and financial well-being
  • Partner with internal and external resources to curate holistic employee support offerings (e.g., EAPs, wellness challenges, financial education)
  • Monitor program engagement and impact, iterating based on employee needs and organizational priorities
Operating Model Effectiveness
  • Build scalable processes, tools, and documentation to support total rewards operations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including management of 4 direct reports
  • Improve the effectiveness of rewards-related systems, data integrity, and reporting through collaboration with IT
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and responsiveness across all rewards-related employee interactions
Communication
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that help employees understand the full value of their total rewards
  • Create clear, engaging materials and messaging for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
  • Partner with internal communications and HRBPs to deliver timely and consistent total rewards information across all employee touchpoints
  • Lead the creation of total rewards statements, guides, FAQs, and intranet content to improve transparency and awareness
  • Gather and incorporate employee feedback to continuously improve communication
Compliance
  • Ensure programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, EEO)
  • Oversee required reporting and filings, including 5500s, ACA reporting, and audit support
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, trends, and regulatory changes; adjust programs and policies as needed
  • Develop and maintain policies, plan documents, and governance practices in alignment with legal requirements and internal controls
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years focused on compensation and/or benefits
  • Experience designing and managing compensation structures and benefits strategies in a growing or complex organization
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel and HRIS/reporting system experience
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business needs
  • Solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgment, and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees.
  • Ability to drive and a valid driver's license required
What Will Put You Ahead:
  • Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) a plus
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English).
