Pay & Schedule Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of production-keeping machines humming, breakdowns at bay, and safety top of mind. Your daily responsibilities will include: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, blowers, heat exchangers, and utility systems Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs or installations Ensure maximum machine utilization with minimal downtime Monitor and manage shop floor activities and operator compliance Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules Identify, document, and monitor critical machinery and utilities Champion plant safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives Lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Why You'll Want to Work Here We believe in rewarding your skills and commitment.
